- Removed old deprecated stuff
- Made startup faster not using ENV-setting in fpm (not needed anymore in newer images)
- Added blackfire support (will be added to next version of images)
Remove old and deprecated stuff Also fixes hhvm support
This reverts commit 9afb7a1.
